New patients must meet the following patient selection criteria:
- Referrals accepted from physicians, vestibular physiotherapists, audiologists
Referral Guidelines:
- QuRE - Ear related consults must be accompanied by a recent comprehensive audiogram less than six (6) months old as a minimum.
(QuRE Guidelines are the new Alberta Health Services, June 2019 Quality Referral Guidelines)
