Dr. Crespin offers focused adult ADHD diagnostic consultations (ages 18–59) within a consultative, time-limited model of care. The assessment is typically completed within a single comprehensive consultation, with a detailed report provided to the referring provider including diagnostic formulation, treatment recommendations, and guidance regarding commonly co-occurring conditions. Referring providers do not need to establish a preliminary diagnosis prior to referral — the consultation is designed to clarify the full clinical picture.
Consultations are available in English and Spanish. Currently accepting new referrals with minimal wait times.
