Dr. Hwang is currently
not accepting new referrals unless they are referrals from call that have been discussed with and accepted by her. Dr. Hwang's clinic/location for referral intake is CGY SHC UofC Ear Clinic on Connect Care, which is the ENT Clinic at SHC physically but a different office for referral intake and booking.
Referrals are accepted from physicians only.
Routine (up to 24-36 months now)
Routine expedited (12 months)
Semi-urgent (6 months)
Urgent (4-6 weeks)
