• Check in at reception 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time.
• You may bring a family member or significant other during your consultation.
• Please make sure to have someone with you if you are unable to communicate in English.

Day Medicine is located in the Special Services Building Ambulatory Care Centre (SSB AC) at Foothills Medical Centre (FMC).

Foothills Medical Centre - Ambulatory Care Centre Special Services Building (ACCSS) is located at the intersection of 16 Avenue NW and 29 Street NW.
Turn onto 29th Street NW and use the Emergency Site Entrance to proceed to Central Parking.
You may also enter the site at the East Site Entrance and follow Hospital Drive to West Parking.
