No later that 1 week prior to the appointment the patient must phone (403)956-3484 to confirm their appointment. Unconfirmed appointments will be cancelled.

- Check in at reception 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time.

DIRECTIONS
This service islocated on the 5th floor of the Holy Cross Ambulatory Care Centre building on the Rockyview Hospital site. When entering the hospital, watch for signs to the Outpatient Clinic.
PARKING INSTRUCTIONS
Parking is available in the parkade (Lot 9) on the north side of the hospital grounds.When entering the Rockyview Hospital site, keep right, past the Institute of Urology, continue up and around the hill to the parkade.
