No later than 1 week prior to the appointment the patient must phone (403)943-5462 to confirm their appointment. Unconfirmed appointments will be cancelled.

To reschedule or cancel an appointment, please contact (403) 943-5462 at least 48hours (2days) prior to the appointment. Failure to provide cancellation notice 48hours in advance will result in the appointment being considered a no-show. Referring physicians will be notified of all no-shows, and two no-shows will result in a requirement for the physician to submit a new referral.

• Bring your Alberta health care card and a piece of government issued photo ID.
• Check in at reception 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time.
• You may bring a family member or significant other during your consultation.

Virtual appointments are not available.

This service is located on the 5th floor of the Holy Cross Ambulatory Care Centre building on the Rockyview Hospital site. When entering the hospital, watch for signs to the Outpatient Clinic.

Parking is available in the parkade (Lot 9) on the north side of the hospital grounds. When entering the Rockyview Hospital site, keep right, past the Institute of Urology, continue up and around the hill to the parkade.
