Clinic will communicate cancellation preferences and missed appointment guidelines to patient at time of initial appointment scheduling.
PATIENT APPOINTMENT INSTRUCTIONS
- Bring your Alberta health care card and a piece of government issued photo ID.
- Check in at reception 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time.
- You may bring a family member or significant other during your consultation.
- Please make sure to have someone with you if you are unable to communicate in English.

DIRECTIONS
Referred to as the Edmonton Bone and Joint Centre; located in Northgate Centre on the second floor across from the X-Ray Clinic. There are escalators and elevators located at each end of Northgate Centre.
Wheelchair accessibility: Elevators are located at Entrance C (93 street/adjacent to Walmart entrance) and Entrance E (135 avenue/adjacent to RBC Bank entrance).
