MISSED APPOINTMENT GUIDELINES
Appointment cancellation notification is required at least 24 hours prior to appointment. The patient can cancel their appointment by calling 403-955-8377.
The patient will need to be re-referred in the event of two (2) missed appointments or late cancellation. The referring physician's office will be informed of the need to re-refer.
