MISSED APPOINTMENT GUIDELINES
CAR requires 48 hours notification in order to reschedule a cancelled appointment. Clients who do not show for their appointment and did not call to cancel, will require a new referral to the program.

DIRECTIONS
The building is located off of McLeod Trail and Sun Valley Blvd, in the Sundance area. It's across from the Shawnessy shopping center, on the other side of McLeod Trail. It's in the same building as the Urgent Care. (This is NOT the new hospital.)
Parking is available on the west side of the building. Go through the North Entrance, which is to the left of the Urgent Care doors. Take the elevator up to the 2nd Floor and when you get off, you'll see a large reception desk straight ahead.
