MISSED APPOINTMENT GUIDELINES
Patient/family should be instructed to contact the clinic if they are unable to make their scheduled appointment.
PATIENT APPOINTMENT INSTRUCTIONS
  • Bring your Alberta health care card and a piece of government issued photo ID
  • If you have a scheduled appointment in the ACH Lab, go to the 3rd floor
  • Please arrive 10 minutes before your scheduled lab or clinic
    appointment time
  • If you are unable to keep a scheduled appointment, please call the clinic as soon as possible at 403-955-2200 since this appointment has been booked specifically for your child
  • Please let the clinic know if a translator is required for the appointment i.e. if the patient is unable to communicate comfortably in English

DIRECTIONS
Patients should be directed to the Infectious Diseases Clinic just left of the main entrance doors to the Alberta Children's Hospital. Do not go to the hospital admitting/reception desk.

The Alberta Children's Hospital is located at 28 Oki Drive NW, Calgary, Alberta, T3B 6A8.
PARKING INSTRUCTIONS
Surface lots, and parkades available on site

If you park in the Hospital Parkade:
  • Go to the main floor and you will pass the ID Clinic door (on your left) just before the main entrance to the hospital
If you park in the Emergency Department parking lot:
  • Go through the first hospital doors and walk past the main entrance to the Hospital. The door to the ID Clinic is on your right
