MISSED APPOINTMENT GUIDELINES
If a client is unable to attend a scheduled appointment please contact the clinic with at least 48 hours notice. If there is a pattern of inconsistent attendance at scheduled appointments, the therapist will discuss the barriers to attendance with the client/parent to determine next steps. If the client misses a scheduled appointment, it is his/her responsibility to schedule another appointment.
