MISSED APPOINTMENT GUIDELINES
If you are unable to attend a scheduled appointment, please contact the clinic a minimum of 24 hours in advance.
A client that No Shows for 2 appointments will be discharged.
A “No Show” is defined as a client who does not attend an appointment, more than 15 minutes late for the appointment and does not call 24 hours to provide notice that they will not be attending.
