PATIENT APPOINTMENT INSTRUCTIONS
  • Bring your Alberta health care card and a piece of government issued photo ID.
  • Check in at reception 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time.
  • You may bring a family member or significant other during your consultation.
  • Please make sure to have someone with you if you are unable to communicate in English.

The Urgent Neurology Clinic is located in the Holy Cross Ambulatory Care Building on the 5th level in the EEG/EMG Lab.

Parking information will be provided at the time of appointment details communication call/letter. Lot 9 Parkade: Parking stalls for people with disabilities are located on Level 1 along the south side of parkade. Lot 1 Parkade (Enter on Level 1, 3, or 4): Parking stalls for people with disabilities are located along the north side of parkade.
