MISSED APPOINTMENT GUIDELINES
If you are unable to attend a scheduled appointment, please contact the clinic a minimum of 48 hours in advance.
PATIENT APPOINTMENT INSTRUCTIONS
- Bring your Alberta health care card and a piece of government issued photo ID.
- Check in at reception 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time.
- You may bring a family member or significant other during your consultation.
- Please make sure to have someone with you if you are unable to communicate in English.

DIRECTIONS
The Rotary Flames House is situated on the Northeast corner of the Alberta Children's Hospital grounds at 18 Children’s Drive NW, Calgary, Alberta T3B 6A8. This is directly across from the helicopter pad and near the bus stop.
PARKING INSTRUCTIONS
There is free parking available at RFH for families of children staying in the house, visitors and those coming for appointments/consults at RFH. Passes are provided at the second floor nursing desk and must be returned when a child is discharged or when a visitor is leaving. Passes must be displayed on a vehicle dashboard. Parking is monitored. The area directly in front of the House is only to be used for the drop off and pick up of children and by emergency vehicles.
