If you are unable to keep this appointment, call the Unit at 403-943-5741 as soon as possible since this appointment has been booked specifically for your child.

- Please arrive 10 minutes before your appointment time
- Bring your child's Alberta Personal Health Card
- You may receive a reminder call on the morning of your scheduled appointment day

Clinic Location:
Transit:C-train- Blue Line t (Route 202) to RUNDLE station,
Walk 1 block, north to 26 Ave to facility (5 minutes)
City transit - Calgary Transit Routes 34, 48 and 57 serve within 1 block of the facility
Route 19 and 32 lets passengers across the street on 26 Avenue NE.
- Enter the main hospital building and go to the elevators
- Do not stop at the hospital admitting/reception desk
- Go directly to Unit 41 (4th Floor) and ring the doorbell to be let in
