PATIENT APPOINTMENT INSTRUCTIONS
- Bring your Alberta health care card and a piece of government issued photo ID.
- Check in at reception 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time.
- You may bring a family member or significant other during your consultation.
- Language line interpreter services are available. Please notify the clinic beforehand if needed.

DIRECTIONS
The COPD-CSI clinic is located at the Royal Alexandra Hospital, in the Active Treatment Centre (ATC), in the Outpatient Dept - B410 (Basement area)
PARKING INSTRUCTIONS
Parking is located around the campus including the closes entrance located off of Kingsway Ave. Use the lower/basement parking area. Parking is pay only. Pay for your parking when you enter the hospital building at a pay station. You can do this using a credit card and by registering your license plate.
