PATIENT APPOINTMENT INSTRUCTIONS
- Bring your Alberta health care card and a piece of government issued photo ID.
- Check in at reception 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time.
- You may bring a family member or significant other during your consultation.
- If you are more comfortable in a language other than English, please bring a family member or friend (age 16 or older) to help with translation.

DIRECTIONS
The Lumbar Puncture clinic is located in the Main Building (Active Treatment Centre) of the Royal Alexandra Hospital. It is on the basement level, in the Outpatient Dept. Room B410.
PARKING INSTRUCTIONS
The closest parking is available on the lower ramp located off Kingway Avenue. The patient can be dropped off as well on the lower ramp outside of the Outpatient Dept.
Pay parking machines are located inside the building. Payment can be made using cash or credit card. Please remember your license plate number to register when paying.
