PATIENT APPOINTMENT INSTRUCTIONS
- Bring your Alberta health care card and a piece of government issued photo ID.
- Check in at reception 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time.
- You may bring a family member or significant other during your consultation.
- Please make sure to have someone with you if you are unable to communicate in English.

DIRECTIONS
South health campus Stone clinic is located on the 7th floor Outpatient Services (Module 7D). Take the outpatient elevators (across from Good Earth) to the 7th floor, turn right and follow signage.
PARKING INSTRUCTIONS
Public parking is located in the underground parking Lot 1 on Level P1. You can get to that lot from the parkade entrances B (Forest) and C (Mountain).
