There is waitlist for this program. Clients are encouraged to provide 24 hours notice for cancelled appointments. Notice of missed appointments can be given by calling the clinic. Two attempts will be made to contact the client by all means identified on the referral form before the appointment is cancelled. Following two missed appointments without prior notice given, the referral will be cancelled.
