MISSED APPOINTMENT GUIDELINES
If the patient is unable to attend the scheduled Diagnostic Imaging appointment, please notify the performing department immediately. The referring practitioner will be notified within one business day of a failure to attend a scheduled appointment and will have to take steps to have the appointment rescheduled if still needed.
PATIENT APPOINTMENT INSTRUCTIONS
- Bring your Alberta health care card and a piece of government issued photo ID.
- Check in at reception 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time.
- You may bring a family member or significant other during your consultation.
- Please make sure to have someone with you if you are unable to communicate in English

If approaching from the east, use the East Site Entrance off 29th Street NW.
If approaching from the west, use the Hospital Drive turn-off from 16th Avenue.
If approaching from the west, use the Hospital Drive turn-off from 16th Avenue.
PARKING INSTRUCTIONS
The closest parking option is located in the underground parking lot of the Arthur Child, directly off of Hospital Drive. Paid parking is available.
