MISSED APPOINTMENT GUIDELINES
Patients can reschedule or cancel appointments online through the website booking system. Patient's can also email or call if they need to cancel within 24-48 hours of a booked appointment and then rebook through the online system.
PATIENT APPOINTMENT INSTRUCTIONS
- Bring your Alberta health care card and a piece of government issued photo ID.
- Check in at reception 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time.
- You are welcome to bring a family member or significant other during your consultation.
- Please make sure to have someone with you if you are unable to communicate in English.

Some patients with complex medical histories will be scheduled for virtual appointment prior to being seen
