A new referral is required if there are 2 missed appointments.
PATIENT APPOINTMENT INSTRUCTIONS
- Bring your Alberta health care card and a piece of government issued photo ID.
- Check in at reception 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time.
- You may bring a family member or significant other during your consultation.
- Please let us know if you need a medical interpreter and we can schedule one for your appointment.

The Genetics Clinic is located on the main floor of RRDTC. We are the first clinic on the right side as you enter through the main doors.
