If you are unable to attend a scheduled appointment, please contact the clinic a minimum of 48 hours in advance.
PATIENT APPOINTMENT INSTRUCTIONS
- Bring your Alberta health care card and a piece of government issued photo ID.
- Check in at reception 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time.
- You may bring a family member or significant other during your consultation.
- Please make sure to have someone with you if you are unable to communicate in English.

DIRECTIONS
Located at the Edmonton General Continuing Care Centre south of Jasper Ave between 111 Street and 112 Street. Located in the R-Wing. Enter through Main Entrance on 110 Ave.
PARKING INSTRUCTIONS
- Public Parkade (South Side): Located across from the main entrance of the hospital. Public rates apply.
- Parkade (First 2 Rows): For public and disabled parking.
- Patient Drop-Off: Available at the main South doors.
- Metered Street Parking: Available along:
- 111 Street
- 112 Street
- 100 Avenue
- North Side Public Lot: Also available, but no building access from the North side—Patients and Visitors must use the main entrance on the south side of the building.
