Clients need to provide 48 hours if they are unable to attend appointments. Please note our clinic is not obligated to make up client cancellations.
If a client no shows for two consecutive appointments and we do not receive a phone call, a new referral will be required.

• Bring your Alberta health care card and a piece of government issued photo ID.
• Check in at reception 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time.
• You may bring a family member or significant other during your consultation.
• Please be sure to bring snacks or water during your appointment.

Telephone and virtual services (via Zoom) are available for individual and group intervention.
Please ensure you have access to high-speed internet, and that your camera and microphone are functioning properly for Zoom-based services. If you do not have access to a working internet-enabled device and require phone-based virtual services only, please inform the booking staff at the time of scheduling.

The CRIS Lymphedema Clinic is located on the main floor of Dickensfield Mall in Clinic Room #1031. Please use main mall entrance.
