- Bring your Alberta health care card and a piece of government issued photo ID.
- Check in at reception 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time.
- You may bring a family member or significant other during your consultation.
- Please make sure to have someone with you if you are unable to communicate in English.

Lot 9 Parkade: Parking stalls for people with disabilities are located on Level 1 along the south side of parkade. Lot 1 Parkade (Enter on Level 1, 3, or 4): Parking stalls for people with disabilities are located along the north side of parkade.
