A new patient who misses an appointment may be rebooked depending on the reason for missing (wrong apt info, weather etc.) and if the reason is not appropriate, they will require a new referral to our clinic and be placed back on the waitlist.  Patient who are already attending our clinic who miss an appointment may be issued a no show fee of $50.00 before they can book another appointment.  The fee may be waved depending on the reason for missing (sick, weather, traffic etc).

We are located off of Ellerslie Rd in SW Edmonton. The HealthPointe building is located down the road from the SouthPointe Lexus Dealership. Our Clinic is location is Unit 301 on the third floor of the building.

Parking is free and is located to the front and the north side of the building.  There is no underground parking.
