MISSED APPOINTMENT GUIDELINES
Second no-show appointment requires a new referral.
If patient is unable to keep their appointment, they should call our office as soon as possible. Peak Pulmonary Function Laboratories and Peak Medical Specialty Centres respectfully requests at least 48 hours’ notice for cancellations.
Refer to your appointment notification letter for the minimum required notice for each specific procedure. Failure to attend (No-Show) a scheduled appointment or to not provide notice within the required time frame will result in the referring physician being notified and may subject to a fee in order to reschedule the appointment if still required.

PATIENT APPOINTMENT INSTRUCTIONS
- Bring your Alberta health care card and a piece of government issued photo ID.
- Check in at reception 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time.
- You may bring a family member or significant other during your consultation.
- Please make sure to have someone with you if you are unable to communicate in English.
