MISSED APPOINTMENT GUIDELINES
Second no-show appointment requires a new referral.
If patient is unable to keep their appointment, they should call our office as soon as possible. Peak Pulmonary Function Laboratories and Peak Medical Specialty Centres respectfully requests at least 48 hours’ notice for cancellations.
Refer to your appointment notification letter for the minimum required notice for each specific procedure. Failure to attend (No-Show) a scheduled appointment or to not provide notice within the required time frame will result in the referring physician being notified and having to reschedule the appointment if still required.

DIRECTIONS
Peak Medical Specialty Centre and Peak Sleep Clinic is located close to Mount Royal University and just off Glenmore Trail (near Glenmore Audi), east of Richard Road, across the street from Tim Horton’s. We are in the large, white, square building labelled Peak Medical Specialty Centers.
