MISSED APPOINTMENT GUIDELINES
Patients can call our central bookings office to cancel or reschedule their appointments. Patients who miss their appointment and fail to cancel 24 hours prior to their exam may be charged a $25.00 fee.
PATIENT APPOINTMENT INSTRUCTIONS
  • Bring your Alberta health care card and a piece of government issued photo ID.
  • Check in at reception 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time.
  • You may bring a family member or significant other during your consultation.
  • Please make sure to have someone with you if you are unable to communicate in English.
