MISSED APPOINTMENT GUIDELINES
We request that patients provide us with at least 24 hours notice to cancel or change their appointments. For late cancellations or "no shows" a fee of $100-$200 might apply. Exceptions to the cancellation and no show policy may be made on a case by case basis in emergency situations.

PARKING INSTRUCTIONS
There is 2 hour free parking available for patients. Patients need to register the license plate at the kiosk at the building atrium. The parking app does not have the free option.
