MISSED APPOINTMENT GUIDELINES
48 hour notice period, charge a $100 cancellation fee if patient is a repeat offender when cancelling. The clinic does not charge cancellation fee unless they have no showed three times. After three missed apts without valid reason,  a new new referral will be requested.

VIRTUAL APPOINTMENT INFORMATION
Stratical Dermatology will allow for virtual appointments for follow ups that warrant it (i.e patient lives out of town). Virtual appointments are not typically booked for New Consults.

Building is wheelchair accessible. There is an accessible parking stall located just 10 meters from the entrance, a hands-free door, and an elevator up to the clinic entrance.
