MISSED APPOINTMENT GUIDELINES
Appointments can be cancelled or rescheduled online, via email or phone call with 48 hours notice. For late cancellations or no shows, a fee of $150 will be invoiced to the patient and must be paid before scheduling new appointment.
PATIENT APPOINTMENT INSTRUCTIONS
- Bring your Alberta health care card and a piece of government issued photo ID.
- Check in at reception 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time.
- You may bring a family member or significant other during your consultation.
- Please make sure to have someone with you if you are unable to communicate in English.
VIRTUAL APPOINTMENT INFORMATION
We offer virtual appointments for migraines, obesity and menopause. Usually initial assessments must be in person.
