MISSED APPOINTMENT GUIDELINES
We require 24 hours' notice to change or cancel an appointment. Appointments that are missed or canceled with less than 24 hours' notice will incur a $50+ fee that must be paid before the appointment can be rescheduled.
PATIENT APPOINTMENT INSTRUCTIONS
- Bring your Alberta health care card, a list of current medications, and a piece of government issued photo ID.
- We ask that new patients arrive 5-10 minutes early to complete their new patient intake.
- The downtown core can be confusing and there is often traffic due to ongoing city construction. Please give yourself extra time to find parking and the clinic itself.
- If you require interpretation assistance, please bring a translator (over the age of 18) with you to your appointment.
