If you are running late (5-10 minutes) please contact our office to inform us. Please note that if you are more than 15 minutes late for your appointment you may be asked to reschedule your appointment.

Please arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled appointment in order to ensure there is enough time to complete registration and any other necessary paper work that is required
Appointment are usually scheduled for 1 hour for the first appointment, and 30 minutes for follow up appointments. Your doctor will strive to keep your child’s appointment within that time frame, and see your child on time. If you are late, your appointment may need to be rebooked in order to provide your child the time that is needed to provide good care. Please have a brief list of questions prepared for the pediatrician in order to ensure that your concerns can be addressed within the time frame scheduled.
We take pride in providing excellent care to our patients. Sometimes we run late because of unforeseen circumstances such as a medical emergency or complex issue or need. We respect your time and do our best to stay on time. Please be assured that we will provide the same detailed care to your child once it is their turn. Thank you for your patience.

Ladybug Pediatrics is part of the Foothills primary care network. Patients under our current care have access to the after hours clinic and some other PCN resources which can be found at CFPCN.ca.

Telephone appointments may be offered at the physician's discretion

Ladybug Pediatrics is on the ground floor of the Foothills Professional Building, on the Southeast corner of 16th Ave and 29th St. NW, across the street from the Arthur Child Cancer Centre and Foothills Medical Centre.
