MISSED APPOINTMENT GUIDELINES
Please call the clinic, email, or use the patient portal to cancel or reschedule an appointment.  A $50.00 no show fee will apply for patients who cancel within less than 24hrs of their scheduled appointment.
PATIENT APPOINTMENT INSTRUCTIONS
Please consider the following instructions:
  • Please complete all the required forms prior to your appointment. A secure link to the forms is sent via SMS or email at the time of booking and will be re send 2 days before your appointment.
  • Bring your Alberta health care card and a piece of government issued photo ID.
  • Check in at reception 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time.
  • Patients must be able to transfer independently onto the exam table otherwise; you may bring a family member or significant other during your consultation.
  • If mobility assistance is required, please contact our office in advance.
  • Please make sure to have someone with you if you are unable to communicate in English.

Free surface parking is available throughout the Beddington Towne Centre lot. The most convenient access is from Beddington Boulevard NW, with parking directly in front of the building near London Drugs and Safeway.
