MISSED APPOINTMENT GUIDELINES
Due to the high number of missed and no-show confirmed appointments, all missed and confirmed appointments will not be rebooked without re-referral.

Due to ever increasing waiting lists and requests for consultations, non-compliant patients will be discharged from the clinic.
PATIENT APPOINTMENT INSTRUCTIONS
  • New nasal and sinus patients, please complete the New Patient Questionnaire and Patient Symptoms Score. Use the link to access the forms New Patient Forms.
  • Please follow up with your primary care physician prior to contacting this office if you have not been seen by Dr. Mechor in the past 6 months.
Please feel free to contact the office when:
  • You have reviewed the website and cannot find the answer you are looking for.
  • You have recently had surgery and have the following symptoms:
    • thick nasal discharge that is foul smelling
    • heavy bleeding
    • severe headaches that do not respond to pain medications
    • nasal congestion that is not improving or worsening
  • You have the symptoms of an acute sinus infection including:
    • presence of cold for more than 7 days and is not improving with saline rinses, decongestants and nasal steroid sprays
    • thick and coloured nasal drainage
    • significant nasal congestion
    • pain in your upper teeth in the presence of a cold for more than 7 days
  • You are being treated by Dr. Mechor for nose bleeds and are experiencing recurrent or continued nose bleeds.
  • You have any questions or concerns about your treatment plan.
