MISSED APPOINTMENT GUIDELINES
Clients are required to provide a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for appointment cancellations. One missed appointment may be rescheduled at no additional cost. In the event of a second missed appointment, a non-refundable fee of $200 will be required prior to scheduling any subsequent appointments.
PATIENT APPOINTMENT INSTRUCTIONS
Please consider the following instructions:
- Bring your Alberta health care card and a piece of government issued photo ID.
- Check in at reception 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time.
- You may bring a family member or significant other during your consultation.
- Please make sure to have someone with you if you are unable to communicate in English.
VIRTUAL APPOINTMENT INFORMATION
Virtual care services are available for follow-up appointments and consultations via secure video or telephone. Please note that certain assessments may not be suitable for a virtual format; this will be discussed during the initial intake process to determine the most appropriate care approach.
